Thankfulness Thursday

Welcome to my last post of the series Thankfulness Thursday.
Oh, AND HAPPY THANKSIGIVING YA'LL.

I'm thankful for....

God.
He's so good to me. He gives me so much I do not deserve.

My family.
I love laughing with them. They're the best.

My siblings.
I'm so glad I can have a good relationship with my siblings. Even when I'm mad at them, it only lasts for about 5 minutes because I'm so sad without them.

My friendzies.
I'm so thankful for friends to play games with. To do school with. Seriously, every Thursday after church history all my friends bolt outside, get the football out, and start playing. It's so fun to have friends to play with and tell funny stories with.

My internet friends.
It's so awesome to have friends all over the world who love Jesus. It's so awesome to get encouragement from friends all around the world. Everyone needs a blog guys.

My ability to be active.
Just a couple days ago I was watching a movie about someone who loved football (and was famous for it) but soon later he got cancer in his leg and had to amputate it. After watching that movie I just thanked God for my body. For the ability to run. For the ability to be breathing without even thinking about it. Some people don't have two legs like I do. I can't even imagine what that'd be like. So, I'm so thankful for my healthy body.

My camera.
It's really made me realize how awesome my God is.

My clothes.
I'm also thankful for clothes. I realize that whenever I'm cold, I simply get a sweater on. Whenever I need a nicer outfit for church, I walk in my room and find plenty of nice clothes. Not a lot of people have that. Some people are cold because they have nothing but a dirty shirt.

My church.
I've realized that in the past year we've been at my church, we've done so much with them. We see about three times a week. I've went to a summer camp with them. A mission trip with them. I've done a Sunday service with them. It's awesome to have these godly people in my life. And especially my pastors. They've taught be so much.

Good books.
Not only am I thankful for the Bible, but also other books too. After summer, I suddenly just had a lose of interest for fiction. I'm sure I read it again, but right now I'm just reading Christian books. It's awesome to get book recommendations from my pastor and get to read them. And then of course I'm thankful for the Bible because it encourages me every day!!

Of course there's so much more.

THANK YOU
For reading.
For commenting.
For being friend with me.

Photography Contest Changes // Currently

HIIIII GUYS
First, before I say anything I want to say that my first week of photography contest did not go very well. I'm going to extend my first week to one more week which means your entry of leaves will be due on the 27th. Also, I've heard a lot of you guys say you just don't have time. Well if you don't...that's okay!! You can enter a photo you took a long time ago. That's fine!! :) It'd mean so much if you entered, even if you don't have much experience!!

Also, I have a little prize for the winners too. If you win, you can guest post on my blog!! And stay tuned, I also might think of another exciting, but easy prize for you winners. If you have any suggestions drop me one in the comment box.

So now, I'm going to do a currently post.

CURRENTLY

Dreaming... of the day after Thanksgiving where we'll all put up our Christmas tree, listen to Christmas music, put up the Christmas lights, and start the Christmas season!!

Thinking...of Christmas presents. They just keep coming guys. It's a bigggg list.

Ordering... a free 8x11 calendar from Shutterfly. I'm so happy guys, I got a free calendar. I got to make my own photos for every month. It was defiantly a great project to do!!

Reading... God is the Gospel by John Piper. So far, it's a REALLY good book.

Loving... how it's so cold. I can finally wear warm boot, warm jackets, warm sweaters, everything FALLY. I'm in love with the cold guys!!

Listening... to football sport commentators. I'm a big football fan. Seahawks all the way!! Anywho, me and Danny had a big fight last night about who's the football goo roo in the family. I think I proved myself to be the one. BUT STILL. I'm listening and learning. Being a sports commentator is my dream :P

Getting... excited about Thanksgiving. This year we're making all the food and bringing it over to our great Grandma's house. I'm so excited. Every one is making two special dishes. I'm making pumpkin pie and rolls :)

So that's my currently post for you.

Wow I haven't done of those in a while.

Thankfulnes Thursday

Hey guys!! One more week until Thanksgiving!! I'm extremely excited for Thanksgiving. :)

Today I'm doing Thankfulness Thursday!! :)

I'm thankful for...

My dad's job

The beautiful sunset coming down while I do gymnastics outside

My last week of biology class until next year

The woods

Waking up early, but not dreading it

Getting done with Genesis and finally getting to read John

An oven to make delicious desserts with :)

Friends to make movies with

All the Christmas activities I'm going to participate in

And before I leave, I wanted to show you this verse I read a couple days ago.

18 His brothers then came and threw themselves down before him. “We are your slaves,” they said.
19 But Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? 20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. 21 So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children.” And he reassured them and spoke kindly to them.

I love this verse because it shows how faithful God is.
How we should be thankful in the most hardest times of our life.
That we should trust in God.
Because even though Joseph was sold by his brothers and sent to prison, he trusted God.
And soon later God gave him a high job in Egypt.
So never be unthankful for your situation.
Know that it's all God's plan.
It's all part of God's good plan.

:) thanks for reading!!

Things I'm Thankful For

1. God. Every time I pray I ask to be bold so I can preach the gospel, to have self control, to love others, and many other things and I know I can't do anything without him. He helps me in so many ways!
2. My mom. Even though she lives a life of her body always hurting she loves me, teaches me, and provides for me. She is the best bus driver EVA! I love her so much!
3. My dad. He is always working for me and my family. I've realized sitting on a chair and looking on a computer is not what he'd want to do all day, but he does it to provide for us and give us a nice home and food.
4. My sister. She always makes me happy and never leaves me with a frown. She's funny and I always got someone to talk to with her. She loves me so much and me too! :) I always can talk to her about books and movies and that kind of stuff. ;)
5. My brother. He is always someone to play with and joke around with. He ALWAYS keeps me laughing and enjoying the hard things. He's got me into football and baseball and I love it. We're class clowns together!
6. My friends. They always talk to me and keep me happy. I'm always me when I'm around them.
7. My church. They always encourage me to be closer to Jesus and to love others. It's awesome to have friends who encourage you in everything you do.
8. My bible. Without that thing I'd be nothing. I love reading the bible. It comforts me and makes me realize how much I need Jesus in my life.
9. Food. It's so yummy and good. Without it I wouldn't be healthy and I couldn't be the energetic person I am.
10. My body. Me and my brother have been reading the Human Body for science and I realize how much God designed every one of us so we could do even the simplest things like bending our knee and opening our mouth. He has made us to run fast and do cartwheels. He's awesome. No one can make any kind of body better than him. No one. Not any kind of technology either.
11. My school. Yeah I know I'm saying this, but I want to be someone someday. Someone who is smart and has a good job. And I realize I can't do that unless I have my education. And with education you need books. God has provided these awesome school books to teach me.
12. Clothes. They keep us warm. And cool. And they are so cozy.
13. My bed and blankets. I always like getting up in my bed and having sleep. Who doesn't.
14. My house. It keeps me safe.
15. This blog. My blogger friends. You guys. I'm so glad I could have this blog. I'm a shy person so I can't always go and share the gospel in front of people, but I really want to get better at it. It's awesome that I can share God's love here to all of you guys. Thank you everyone for listening! Commenting and encouraging! It means so much! ;)
16. Photography. I love being able to share pictures of God's BEAUTIFUL creation. It's awesome!
17. My country. It makes me so sad to think that ISIS is killing innocent people in different countries. I'm just so glad we live in a country where that isn't happening. I know they are very bad things going on in United States to, but God has gave us a country where we can read the bible freely. Some people don't even have those things.
18. Books. They're cool. :P
19. Art. For markers, coloring books, and pencils.
20. Communication. It's awesome to be able to make friends with people all around the world. :)
We need to realize we have A LOT.
Many people are very poor.
They're people with a hut for a home.
Only one pair of clothes.
No shoes.
Food on the table is rare.
They are hungry.
Clean water is also very rare.
And here we are wanting more and more and more.
We call Thanksgiving Thanksgetting now.
Why do we long for more?
Be thankful for what you have today.
Because we don't deserve any of it.
We don't deserve a penny.
But God is giving this to us.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Hope you like!

Fall, Kids, and Thanksgiving.

One thing about fall is they have the most gorgeous sunsets ever! I've never seen these kind of sunsets. I love taking pictures of them and they turn out great. One thing I've enjoyed about the fall is reading. It's always loud in the day so I usually never read then, but I always look forward to the night where I can go to my soft bed by my giant teddy bear and read a nice good old book. Lately, I've been reading Hunger Games and absolutely LOVING them. I read two chapters every night and I love every minute of it. I've been loving the feeling of getting to put on a jacket. It makes me feel so good.

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday my aunt and uncle and their kids were able to visit us for a while. It's a big thing for us because we live about 4 hours away from all of my dad's family so they don't always come down here. It was tons of fun though. It was awesome getting to babysit their kids and joke around with everybody. We listened to tons of Disney songs, played barbies, played games, and ate. It was very fun. You think it'd get a little boring, but it was always fun. And I love my cousins! :)

We got a 4 day weekend this week because of our family and will get another one for Thanksgiving. By the way, who's excited for thanksgiving? I am. God has blessed me with great things to be thankful for. Yay!

Hope you enjoyed these pictures!
What's was your favorite thing about fall?
Which one is your favorite?
Have you took any sunset pictures?

Thanksgiving has passed but Christmas is almost here!

Aloha! How's was everybody's Thanksgiving? Did you eat the biggest meal you ever ate before? I got stuffed before I got even close. Here's a good question. Turkey or Ham? I like Ham better, but Turkey it good too! So, anyway I'm going to do a Thanksgiving post. What I did, What I'm thankful for, along with some random Christmas pictures I took! Let us move onward!
Here are the ten things I'm thankful for.
1. Jesus Christ
2. Family
3. Friends
4. The bible
5. God's creation
6. The gifts God has gave me
7. Communication with long distance friends
8. My lovely clothes and house and everything in it
9. FOOD!
10. You followers and viewers!
There's many more. These are just few!

Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving day) we left for our Grandma's house. Her house is about six hours away from our house. The drive seemed like it took all day. You know how you always bring a lot of stuff for the drive up, but you don't use any of it. I do that a lot! We listened to the Chronicles of Narnia cd of Prince Caspian. Speaking of that, I JUST FINISHED THE LION, WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE! YAY! Moving on.

The next day was Thanksgiving day! I had so much fun eating and playing with my family. I have the most adorable cousins in the whole entire world. We did a lot of cool things together! We played piano, watched Frozen, ate and ate and ate (of course it was Thanksgiving) and colored! Meanwhile in the afternoon my little cousin fell asleep on me. It was the cutest thing ever! I love my cousins SO MUCH! On Friday, it was almost the same. Eat, play, eat, play. We played Head Bands except it was the newest act it out game! It was a blast playing it with my cousins! That night we had the best pizza in the whole world! It was delicious! Then, we put up the Christmas tree for our Grandma. It was so funny and enjoyable because we were all in the Christmas spirit while singing songs. The house went bonkers when my uncle brought the Santa up. He sings. He's creepy. But everybody loves him! Rudo (our dog) was terrified by him. He used to just bark at it, but not now. Even when we shake his hand his bolts out of the room. It's funny!

On Saturday, we left. It was sad saying goodbyes. Although, our Grandma is coming to our house this week because my uncle is coming for hunting season. Before we left we went to see my Grandpa's grave sight. It was so sad to see it, but it made me happy too! I thought about all that pain he had. Now it's all gone! Though we miss him so much we know he's in a better place. I love him so much! Which brings up the fact that my dad killed a buck deer and he's is cutting it right now. We saw a Christmas tree in the middle of the road. It was so beautiful! We also went to an awesome Italian restaurant. It was really yummy!

When we got home we unpacked then we set up out Christmas tree. After putting up our Grandma's we totally got in the Christmas mood. There's so many memories that come up when you think about Christmas, ornaments, Jesus's birth, family. Then today we did some extra decorations. I put my little town up and some garland in my room. We also put up a manger scene and some others. I'm so ready for Christmas. What about you?

This whole trip was awesome! We hadn't seen my Grandma and her house in a long time so it was good seeing it again. It just has to make you smile when you think about family. Their so precious! The food was delicious! It's always good when your go to your Grandma's! So here's some pictures to contribute to this post!
